El año 2026 marcará un hito trascendental para la seguridad hemisférica con una doble conmemoración: el 85.º aniversario de la Unión de Oficiales de Reserva de las Fuerzas Armadas de la Nación (UNOR) de Argentina, fundada en 1941, y el 30.º aniversario de la Unión Panamericana de Oficiales de Reserva de las Fuerzas Armadas (UPORFA), nacida en 1996.
Para celebrar este legado, Buenos Aires será sede del XXVII Congreso Internacional de la UPORFA, consolidando a la región como el epicentro de la diplomacia militar asociativa.

The year 2026 will mark a momentous milestone for hemispheric security with a double commemoration: the 85th anniversary of the Armed Forces Reserve Officers Union of the Nation (UNOR) of Argentina, founded in 1941, and the 30th anniversary of the Pan American Union of Armed Forces Reserve Officers (UPORFA), born in 1996.
To celebrate this legacy, Buenos Aires will host the XXVII UPORFA International Congress, consolidating the region as the epicenter of associative military diplomacy.
